The flat is located in the district of Haltern-Sythen, is approx. 98 sqm and is on the second floor of a two-family house.Many sights and recreational opportunities are nearby, such as the Silbersee II swimming lake, the Haltern reservoir, Sythen Castle and the Old Water Mill. Numerous cycling and hiking trails are located directly at the holiday home or can be reached in a few minutes. The town centre of Haltern am See is approx. 6 km away.

On request, a dryer and washing machine can be used in the cellar, where bicycles can also be stored.Sufficient parking spaces can be used in front of the house.
