After a day of fell walking, kick off your walking attire and make yourself at home in the sitting room, complete with a selection of books, ample seating, an electric fire, and TV for entertainment.
Move into the kitchen, where the house chef can impress the group with a home-cooked classic, before gathering at the dining table and digging in.
Keep on top of your laundry with a washing machine and tumble dryer on hand, whilst each of the bedrooms feature double beds and en-suite facilities for convenience.

The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, cafetiere, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, a utility with tumble dryer, a conservatory with seating and a living/dining room with a TV and electric fire. The bedrooms include a double with en-suite shower and a double with en-suite cloakroom, serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed garden patio with furniture and barbecue and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop and pub. Two dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Escape to the heart of Snowdonia with a break at Can Yr Afon. Note: EE is only mobile service provider with signal in the village. Note: No child facilities. Note: EV charging is not allowed. Note: River access from the garden, please be careful and supervise children and dogs. Note: There are steps in the property; please take care.
