Colle Degli Ulivi is a traditional country house (380 sqm) located 8 km from the center of Cortona, with a private swimming pool (6x12 m, depth 1.50 m – 0.80 m at the shallow end), fenced, with an outdoor shower and foot wash. Enclosed outdoor space of 6000 sqm. Access to the property is via a 3 km road, partly through woodland, with the last 300 m being unpaved. Open-air parking inside the property for 7 cars. The house is part of an organic farm. The ideal holiday for a large family or a group of friends who seek privacy and contact with nature, and who are passionate about trekking and mountain biking. Independent house of 380 sqm developed on different levels with split floors. Composed of 2 separate buildings. At the same time, you can visit Cortona, with its beautiful art galleries, typical restaurants, and artisan shops, as well as Arezzo or Lake Trasimeno, only 20 km away. The outdoor spaces with porches and verandas are perfect for your al fresco dining. Distances: Bus stop 3 km, tennis 4 km, Arezzo 30 km, Perugia 40 km, Siena 70 km, Lake Trasimeno 20 km, Pienza and Montepulciano 50 km. The property is surrounded by countryside, therefore a car is essential. Note: A security deposit of €1000 per stay is required for bookings made by groups of young people. Fantastic views, quiet place, excellent if you wish to get away from crowd. Good base for sightseeing highlights of Tuscany and Umbria. Oldschool villa with a style if you like this type of accomodation. For the price we had, good value for money.
