Sun&Sea is a holiday home on the beach of Torre Chianca, seaside location near Lecce on the Adriatic coast.
The holiday home accommodates up to 4 guests and is equipped with washing machine, hair-dryer, tv, electric oven and mosquito nets on windows.
Pets are allowed.

Sun&Sea is introduced by the oudoor area equipped with dining area, beach beds and porch swing.
The holiday home consists of a living room with double sofa bed and tv, kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with tub and washing machine.
The surroundings of Sun&Sea in Torre Chianca Sun&Sea is a holiday home in Torre Chianca, near Lecce, on the Adriatic coast, characterized by sandy beaches and clean swa, with emergin smooth rocks that create beautiful shades of blue.
One of this beaches is in front of the house.
Torre Chianca, which is inhabited only in Summer, is surrounded by naturalistic areas such as the Rauccio park and the mouth of Idume river.
Moreover, there are beach establishments, cafès, restaurants and minimarkets.
Lecce is 10 minutes` drive away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am).
An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in Via Silvio Pellico 23 - Lecce (at the agency Lupiae Vacanze). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning).
If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.

Maison décorée dans les années 70-80. Depuis aucun travaux. Très vieillot. Le coin douche extérieur est abîmé. La peinture s’écaille à plusieurs endroits. Cuisine très basique et il manque plusieurs choses. Il y a des voisins devant et sur les côtés. Le voisinage est respectueux. Le responsable de l’accueil est bien et et Compétent.
