This holiday house is located on the northern coast of Sardinia in Costa Paradiso.
The next airport and port is Olbia which is in 85 km or Alghero in 95 km.
Costa Paradiso is easily accessible by car and is located on the panoramic road leading from Santa Teresa to Castelsardo.
The big village is considered a natural park and is famous for its unique wild nature, rose rocks of amazing forms scarved by the wind and cristal clear waters.
Casa Rosa is a family holiday home making part of four villas constructed in typical Sardinian style and located in unique position over the sea.
This small villa is a perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday by the sea.
It is located just 450 meters from the sea and 1600 metres from a wonderful sandy beach Li Cossi which is one of the most beautiful and fascinating of Sardinia.
Moreover there are several small bays in 800 meters from the house where you can swim, snorkel and sunbathe.
The villa has magnificent seaviews and spacious outside area, perfect for eating outside or for a barbecue with your family or friends.
The Mediterranean vegetation surrounds the whole area permitting you to enjoy its natural scents of rosmarine, juniper, helichrythm and corbezzolo (strawberry tree).
By the swimming pool of this rent apartment in Sardinia there are chaise-longue for sunbathing and an outdoor shower.
The house can accommodate maximum five people and consists of a living room with a sofa and a modern kitchen and a big terrace with seaview and grill on the upper floor and two sleeping rooms (one with a double bed and the other with three single beds), bathroom and a second spacious terrace on the lower floor.
The access to the swimming pool is from the lower floor. Extra services on request: Bed linen and towels (initial set) (on request): 20.00€ per person Credit card security deposit (mandatory): 500.00€ Table seat (on request): 50.00€ per child Baby cot (on request): 50.00€ per child Pool towels (on request): 8.00€ per person Pets (on request): 100.00€ per pet Arrival after standard time (on request): 30.00€ Arrival after standard time (after 22:00) (on request): 50.00€ In the event of arrivals after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 will apply. Casa Rosa Bianca is the perfect location to discover the surroundings. You can visit Santa Teresa di Gallura and Capo Testa’s amazing rocks, and also visit further tourist spots and well-known towns, like the medieval town Castelsardo and further coastal villages; Valledoria, Trinità d'Agultu with the famous Isola Rossa and Badesi, all of which are easy to reach by car.
In the countryside, you can discover the idyllic area of "Gallura" and some peculiar villages like Luogosanto, Tempio Pausania and the picturesque Aggius with its famous Moon valley, the so-called "Valle della Luna".
Inside Costa Paradiso there are supermarkets, smaller shops, restaurants, bars, and a pharmacy, which are open during the high season.
