Doors lead directly out to a small private terrace, with gorgeous views across the Cascais rooftops to the bay beyond, the perfect spot for a sundowner or 2! There is also a small bathroom on this floor.

And of course, with several beautiful beaches nearby you can make the most of the fabulous Portuguese sunshine! From the house, you are just a 5-minute walk to Rainha Beach, a small but picturesque cove overlooking the calm waters of the Cascais Bay and the marina beyond. You are also only a 10-minute walk to the equally stunning and larger Duquesa beach, with glorious golden sands and calm transparent waters. While away an afternoon at one of the trendy beachside bars or for the more adventurous try out one of the many water activities on offer. For world-class surfing and windsurfing head to Guincho Beach, a short drive from the centre of town. Just 30 km away is the vibrant capital city of Lisbon.
