Comfortable apartment of 80 sqm, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the ground floor of a building in the Lingotto district.
The area is full of all services and well connected thanks to local public transport, a few minutes walk there are several bus stops and the metro stop "Italia 61". Lingotto Fiere Torino can be reached in 20 minutes on foot or in 12 minutes by public transport. The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with induction hob, fridge with freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hand juicer and kitchen utensils), dining table, double sofa bed, 24" TV and split A/C; - BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C; - BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC and split A/C. FURTHERSERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: independent heating with heat pumps, air conditioning (split in the living room, in the two bedrooms and in the bathroom), washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. PLEASE NOTE: there is a small step at the entrance of the apartment. Hot water is supplied by boiler, you may need to wait a few minutes for it to recharge. It is possible to enter the inner lobby by car to facilitate the loading and unloading of luggage, but parking is NOT allowed. NO WIFI There is a ramp at the entrance of the building. The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents and pay the tourist tax via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Torino Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th. N.B.
Completing the registration is MANDATORY to receive instructions and access the apartment. Please note that assistance for any problems related to the check-in with automated access is possible (remotely) until 23:00 In this property check-in is done in self mode.

The apartment is located in the Lingotto district, a quiet residential area equipped with all the essential services for a comfortable stay: within 400 meters from the flat, there are supermarkets, pharmacies and bars.

Towards the center, a visit to the Valentino Park and the Porta Nuova district is a must.
For gastronomy, the agnolotti, the Piedmontese mixed fry and the Bagna Cauda are unmissable.
