Information about the host
The modernly furnished holiday apartment is located directly on the Kocher-Jagst cycle path with a wonderful view of the Kocher Valley and the Swabian Forest. In front of the house there is a free parking space for you. It is 7 kilometers to the center of Schwäbisch Hall. The bus stop is only 300 m away. The supermarket is within walking distance. Your holiday apartment is an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours. There are a number of sights in the vicinity, e.g. the Wackershofen open-air museum, the historic old town of Schwäbisch Hall and much more.

Please contact your host in advance to inform them about your approximated time of arrival.
Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
Tourist tax information
Please note that the prices do not include the tourims tax. Should a tourism tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival.
Important payment information and other conditions
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price of the reservation at any time. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors' tax. This is payable separately on arrival.
Description of the accommodation
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoss des am Hang gebauten Hauses. Sie verfügt über eine kontrollierte Wohnraumbelüftung. Durch die bodentiefen Fenster und zwischen den Scheiben befindlichen Jalousien haben Sie immer den Blick ins Freie. Vom Eingangsbereich gelangen Sie direkt in den Wohn-/Essbereich mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küchenzeile. Sie finden dort eine Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Rührgerät, Toaster, Kaffemaschine und Wasserkocher. Im Wohnbereich gibt es außerdem einen Schreibtisch und eine Couch, die als dritte Schlafmöglichkeit genutzt werden kann. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet. Im Badezimmer ist eine bodenebene Dusche mit Deckenbrause und Waschbecken verfügbar. Im separaten WC ist die Waschmaschine untergebracht.
