The space

Apartment of about 58 square meters and is located on the mezzanine floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift (PLEASE NOTE - you have to take the stairs to enter). The internal space is organized as follows

-LIVING AREA: equipped with a single sofa bed and the dining area

- OPEN KITCHEN: with fridge, hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, moka coffee maker and kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM: with double bed and wardrobe;

- BATHROOM: with shower, sink, toilet and bidet


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, TV, independent heating, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C
