This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses.
The apartment is distributed over 2 levels with an open plan kitchen and living area and a wonderful terrace with view of the gardens. 3 bedrooms and one of them is equipped with 2 bunkbeds.
For people travelling with children or people who want to be near the beach and not having to use a car the whole time, this is the perfect place.This place is located within easy walking distance to everything.
The nearest supermarket is a few minutes walk, and restaurants and the casino are around the corner, and Puerto Banus within a 15 minutes walk.
There is parking on the street outside the gate where the guests and people living there normally y park with no problem! Guests also have access to the communal pool with sun lounges and parasols provided within the gated complex.
Agrupadas is a well maintained high standard complex and it’s a quiet family oriented community where to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00 Not only does this apartment offer great convenience, but our lock box system means that collection can take place from our office no matter how late your flight arrives, onwards from the check-in time.
Additionally we provide a great amount of amenities for you so that you don't have to worry about buying it before arrival.
These include: hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, dishwashing tablets, 2 rolls of toilet roll for each bathroom, sponge, dishwashing soap, wipes, and towels.
