The apartment is located in a stunning location, almost impossible to find! You are in the authentic heart of Milan, between Sant'Ambrogio district, renowned above all for the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie and the Catholic University and the charm of Piazza Cairoli, Castello Sforzesco, Cadorna and Cordusio! Walking on foot along Via Meravigli and Via Dante between dehors for an aperitif and elegant shops of all kinds, in just 15 minutes you will reach Piazza Duomo, the icon-symbol of Milan.

Perfect for young people and tourists looking for a space to use as a support for the night and prepare a small breakfast. The accommodation is not recommended for those looking for a home "to live in" or for those who intend to use the kitchenette regularly to prepare lavish lunches or dinners. The approximately 25sqm apartment number 407 is located on the fourth floor with lift of an elegant Milanese building with concierge, has all the main comforts and is organized as follows: - LOWER LEVEL with relaxation area with small kitchenette with 2-burner hob, kettle, small fridge. Bathroom with bidet and small shower box.
There's a very small balcony. - UPPER LEVEL (reachable via internal stairs) with double bed The 2 levels are not acoustically isolated from each other and there are no doors separating them Additional services available: A/C with unique split, central heating, unlimited wifi, small balcony. Please note: there are paid washing machines and dryers in the building on floor -1 shared with the other guests.
They work every day from 8AM till 7PM. There are 5 steps to climb at the entrance to the building. Outside on the street there are tram stops # 16 and # 19: the closest stop is Corso Magenta / Viale Nirone at 20 meters. If you travel by car, we inform you that parking in the area is difficult and only for a fee: the closest paid garages are "Garage Alle Grazie" on Corso Magenta and "Buonaparte Parking" in Via Puccini.
The apartment is in the "C area" of the city: it's mandatory to pay a ticket if you travel by car. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Milano. Die Unterkunft war zentral und man konnte ohne Probleme auch zu Fuss etwas unternehmen. Leider von der Lage her auch etwas laut in der Nacht. Ansonsten aber gute Ausstattung und schöne Aussicht aus dem 4. Stock.
