A two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the second floor of a stunning Victorian house in the heart of affluent Hampstead.
The grand period house is on a tree-lined road in this prestigious North London area close to shops and cafes and is on the borders of Belsize Park.
It is a few minutes walk to underground stations at Hampstead or Belsize Park and the famous Heath with spectacular views of London is nearby.
Bronwen’s comfortable home with many artistic touches has tasteful decor and lots of space for up to 4 guests who wish to enjoy this lovely part of London.
Additionally, it has use of a lush, lawned communal garden.
Please note this property is not suitable for children under the age of 12 years.
There is a light and bright hallway entrance leading into a spacious semi open-plan living area with dining room, dual-aspect windows, wooden flooring and a working from home area. This flows through to a generous sitting room also with wooden flooring, two comfy sofas and a TV.
Double glass doors lead to a modern and fully equipped kitchen which provides the perfect space for guests to cook homemade meals with products from the many artisan delicatessens in Hampstead.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, an abundance of storage and an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and large built-in wardrobes with the use of a stylish family bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower.
This apartment has been extremely well maintained and is full of warmth and character.
The Location
The apartment is in a popular residential street with access to the shops, restaurants and boutiques of Hampstead and Belsize Park. The open spaces of Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill with their glorious views of London’s skyline are nearby. Tourist attractions including Camden Market and London Zoo at Regents Park can be reached easily via cab or public transport. The nearest tube stations are Hampstead and Belsize Park on the Northern line and just 7 or 8 stops to Leicester Square.
The apartment directly below is undergoing renovation, please be aware there may be some noise intrusion from 8am-6pm.
