We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Caen, this charming apartment located in the private court of a dwelling, of a surface of 32 m ² and being able to accomodate 2 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 18 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 200 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 18 m² with TV, double sofa bed , armchair and dining area. In addition to the bar table, there's also a full-height table for added comfort.
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 200 m², facing south with furniture
- A petanque ground with a game of bowls provided
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Caen, in a very pleasant environment within a residential area. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, cinema "le Lux" (50 m)...
Activities :
Come and discover the city of Caen, the city of the Dukes of Normandy. Classified as a City of Art and History, despite the bombings of June 1944 the city has preserved its architectural heritage. The castle of William the Conqueror, the abbey-aux-Hommes, the abbey-aux-Dames, the museum of Normandy as well as the shows and concerts proposed in the city compose a rich cultural offer. Let's not forget the Caen Memorial Museum, a unique place of reflection on conflicts and peacekeeping.
The cinema "Le lux" located at 2 steps from the accommodation proposes sometimes theme evenings as well as various events during the year.
You can also enjoy a large green park 30 meters from the accommodation.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park for free near the apartment as well as in secure paying parking lots near the accommodation.
