Elegant and quiet recently renovated apartment located on the first floor of an ancient Florentine building.
A few steps from the main tourist attractions, the apartment is located in the lively San Lorenzo district, made characteristic by the Central Market and its outdoor stalls.
Equipped with all the comforts of a modern home, it offers 5 beds: a double room, a single room and a double sofa bed in the living area.
Ideal for families and groups of friends, it has two private bathrooms with shower and an equipped kitchen.
Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone.
Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.
Service limitation: Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C.
Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys.
In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.
As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details.
The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time.
The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature.

Great location within walking distance to sights, restaurants, shopping and more. Easy check in and ability to leave luggage 2 minute walk from rental if you arrive early. All amenities needed including washer/dryer! Would stay again!

Great property, very clean and fully equipped with everything you need for your stay! Great location, just 10 minutes walk for us to the Center and restaurants! The check in was fast! The representative very nice, and helpful! Highly recommend!

Excellent flat with exactly what we needed. Plenty of space, comfortable beds. The host was super responsive when we had a few questions. This is located in the ZTL so if you have a car plan on parking in a garage a few mins away. Safe quiet and a few blocks away from the heavy tourist area which was appreciated.
