This is a modern and well appointed 2-bedroom apartment with terrace and private parking located in the center of Dubrovnik City.
Apartment features private parking in garage and provides comfortable place to stay for a family or group of friends. This comfortable apartment is located on top, 5th floor, of a newly built building in heart of Gruž Bay. This modern and contemporary apartment rental unit consists of large open plan kitchen with living and dining area, bedroom with twin beds, master bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom with shower.
Living room opens onto a spacious balcony/terrace offering sea view and furnished with outside dining table.
Great spot for breakfast before heading to Old Town or beach. Amenities include: AC(living room and bedrooms), SAT TV, free Wifi, heating, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster; fully equipped bathroom with washer, walk in shower and hair dryer, completely furnished balcony with town view and a private parking spot in underground garage connected with elevator. Check in was a little tough. We were transferring from a cruise and our guide called to ensure we could store our luggage. It was confirmed we could store luggage “at reception” until the unit was ready. They neglected to tell us that reception was in another building that was a 15 minute uber ride ...

The apartment looks brand new with high-end furnishings. Safe location walking distance to food and public transportation. The bus stop was just outside of the building. We took the city bus to old town and even back to the airport which was another bus. If i wanted to live in Croatia this is where I'd live.

Enjoyed the balcony and views. Many great restaurants within walking distance. Easy commute to old city and the walls.
