This quirky, recently renovated luxurious maisonette, is in the perfect spot for exploring the stunning, traditional seaside town of Southwold.. 11 steps to entrance.

Perfect for families, friends and couples, this refurbished 2021 property could not be in a better position in Southwold, only yards away from the nearest beach and within easy reach of all that Southwold has to offer. The Photographer’s House has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a large terrace.
Southwold has a wide range of great shops, cafés, delis, pubs and restaurants within stumbling distance. so you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to dining.
Alternatively, visit one of the independent grocers, bakers and butchers and cook up a storm. A visit to Southwold wouldn’t be complete without heading off to the pier; dating back to the 1900’s, this was originally built as a landing point for the steamships which use to stop off at the town.
You can also visit the lighthouse - this is a distinctive landmark at the centre of the town and has been guiding vessels into the historical harbour since the late 1800’s. A great location for nature lovers and twitchers, just a 25-minute drive to RSPB Minsmere where you can discover some of the UK’s rarest wildlife and enjoy family-friendly activities.

Perfect for us, we know Southwold really well and needed extra accommodation for a family wedding nearby.
It’s spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Great communication with the owners too.
We’re OAPs and arthritic joints meant using the shower over/in the bath was a-bit tricky - we managed!

Lovely cottage, fab location and would definitely like to go again but putting the price up by over 40% year on year is too much to stomach so we will book elsewhere.

A wonderful property: spotlessly clean and well-equipped. There were so many thoughtful extras so you didn’t have to think about anything. We will definitely be back!
