We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Savines-le-Lac, this charming flat, with sight lake, with a surface of 42 m ² and being able to accomodate to six travellers.
Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room, an open plan kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony with a clear view on the lake of Serre-Ponçon.
Cleaning included, we are waiting for you! The flat is ideally located in Savines-le-Lac, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops.
The flat is composed as follows - a living room with a TV, a sofa bed and a dining area. - An open plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, hood, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge with freezer space... - A mezzanine with a double sofa bed. - a bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed. - a bathroom with a bathtub. - a separate toilet.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a tumble dryer, a clotheshorse, hangers and a HiFi system.
By booking this flat, you can enjoy the following facilities during your stay: - a balcony terrace of 8 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days with the view on the lake. - private outdoor parking for one vehicle.
Activities: - Les Orres ski resort at 17 km and Réallon at 13 km. - All activities around the lake of Serre Ponçon at 5 minutes on foot: water sports, beach with surveillance in summer... - Visits to the Boscodon abbey at 8 kms / cheese dairies, honey factories - Visit to the museum of the Serre-Ponçon lake dam - Saturday morning market in Embrun with all the local products (night markets in summer) - All mountain sports activities (rafting, climbing, paragliding, white water swimming, canyoning, guided hikes, mountain bike hire, supervised mountain bike trips ......) Résidence bien située dans une impasse calme et proche de toutes commodités. La plage se situe à quelques minutes à pied. Parking privé affecté à l'appartement très apprécié surtout en pleine saison.
