Dimore Sallustio are 2 independent houses, located in the heart of the downtown of Monopoli, about 50m from the beautiful city beach of Cala Porta Vecchia.
Piccola Casa is the accommodation on the ground floor and consists of a small hall with kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom.

Our staff will be happy to host you and help you in organizing your unforgettable holiday. At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998).
At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 12. This short term rental is managed by WePuglia Srl with a mandate with deputation. Check-In: 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation) Check-Out: before 10am Cautionary Deposit: 100€
