Cozy and stylish studio situated in the centre of Turin in a beautiful historical building with elevator.
It is the ideal solution for both short business or leisure stays: the area has a good infrastructure and is well served by lots of facilities which will make your stay in Turin unforgettable and special.
Comfortable and multi-functional studio of 20 sq.m. is situated on the 5th floor (The property is accessed via 1 flight of stairs) and it can host up to 2 guests.
The apartment has a good organization of the space.
It has a relaxing zone with a sofa-bed, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven with microwaves and induction cook-top.
Bathroom with shower, bidet and hair dryer.
Additional services available to our guests: WiFi, TV, heating, laundry machine, iron and ironing board.
The apartment is for an exclusive use of the Guests and there aren't shared spaces.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B.
In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose: - to use their own; - the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set. 7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We use this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

Soddisfatta, il monolocale basta per due persone, noi lo abbiamo usato solo per pernottarci ed è andato più che bene. L’unico difetto è stato dover andare con la valigia fino a porta Susa per ritirare le chiavi e poi tornare a porta Nuova. Per il resto staff disponibile tutta la giornata.

In bagno c;era essenziale, ma il bidet è inservibile per gli spazi ristretti. Inoltre dal bagno proveniva un cattivo odore. Manca uno spazio dove mettere il trolley, o il suo contenuto, ma per fortuna noi siamo state solo 2 notti e non avevamo granché, ma credo non sia adatto a soggiorni più lunghi....

Было много неисправностей и неудобств, а конкретно: на второй день пребывания сломался туалет и нас чуть не затопило. Проблема была решена только спустя почти сутки. Все время пребывания в ванной был ужасный запах из канализации. Цена слишком большая для такого качества и размера жилья. Однако местоположение просто прекрасное, дом хороший, тихий. Не советую на долгий срок.
