This 50 sqm apartment (ground floor) is located in a quiet residential area, close to the center, near the Lunetta Gamberini gardens. In the area, there are all the most useful services to satisfy all your needs. The area is well connected to the city center, the main hospitals, the ring road and the motorway network.
The house is very bright and can comfortably accommodate three people; it boasts a large internal garden and private parking lot.
The space
The apartment is situated on the ground floor, a modern building with a private garden where you can relax and the indoor parking space discovered.
In 50 square meters, the apartment is divided into
Kitchen. Open kitchen with dishwasher, kettle, traditional oven, toaster and kitchen utensils.
Living room. Sofa bed for one person.
Bedroom. Double bed with wardrobe.
Bathroom. Shower box, bidet, toilet, hair dryer and washing machine.
Other services available.Wifi free, fan, iron, drying rack and clotheshorse.
Cot for babies upon request and payment.

The apartment is for an exclusive use of the Guests.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Bologna.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 -6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Bologna Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th
