Lovely 95 sqm apartment located on the 2nd floor of a family villa surrounded by greenery, a few steps from the square of Mondello and the beach! The accomodation features a private balcony and a large shared solarium with a magnificent sea view on the top floor.

Paid parking from JUN 1st to SEPT 30th (1 EUR/H),

We can book the service up to 7 hours before the scheduled arrival.


The inside is organized as follows
- LIVING AREA: living room with sea view BALCONY;

- KITCHEN: stove, fridge and freezer, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, kitchenware, plates, cutlery and glasses;

- BEDROOM 1: double bed and wardrobe;

- BEDROOM 2: double bed and wardrobe
- BEDROOM 3: double bed and wardrobe;

- BATHROOM 1: with shower, toilet and bidet;

- BATHROOM 2: with shower, toilet and bidet;

- SOLARIUM with sea view (the solarium is shared and is located on the top floor; to access it, it is necessary to use the condominium stairs).


Towels and bed linen available to all guests.


FURTHER SERVICES: pocket Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine and drying rack and hairdryer, flat screen TV.


The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.


We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.


All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.


For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00

EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00

EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30

Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.


Mondello, the seaside resort of Palermo. Rich and popular, worldly and "everyday", the ancient seaside village boasts a coastline surrounded by tall palm trees, which make the landscape unique.

The town with its main square is actually still a fishing village. Over time, commercial activities have multiplied in the square of Mondello linked to the influx of tourists that have affected the small seaside resort in recent years.


If you are travelling by car, FREE PARKING ON THE STREETS FROM OCT 1st TO MAY 30th (parking within the blue lines too).

Parking within the blue lines is subject to payment of an hourly fee (1 EUR) from JUN 1st TO SEPT 30th.


If you are not travelling by car, the only means of transport that allows you to reach Mondello is the bus.


In summer there is a seasonal service (June 15 - September 15) of circular lines within the town with departures every 5/10 minutes from 9.00 to 02.00 (excluding holidays/non-working days).


The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in: €2,00 per person per night of stay.
