Modern 40 sqm apartment with balcony, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the second floor of a renovated building without lift. The property is located in an area well served by public transport (Lolli station is just over 5 minutes on foot), close to various places of interest, including the Zisa Castle and Villa Malfitano.

The apartment consists of a living area, a kitchen, a mezzanine bedroom and a bathroom.


The inside is organized as follows
- KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge with freezer, electric oven, plates and cutlery and dining table;

- LIVING AREA with double sofa bed and access to the balcony;

- BEDROOM (on the mezzanine) with double bed;

- BATHROOM (1 step to access it) with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;

- BALCONY.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, hot/cold air conditioning (split in the living area), clothesline, soundproof windows and hairdryer.


PLEASE NOTE
- The apartment is not suitable for children due to the internal staircase to access the mezzanine;

- The mezzanine bedroom is not a separate room from the living area (there are no doors or partitions).


PLEASE NOTE: there may be some noise due to work in progress in an apartment in the same building.


The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.


We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.


The city tax must be paid in cash upon arrival: €1.50 per person per night of stay.


All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.


For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid in cash upon check-in as per the following
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00;

EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00;

EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30.

Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of ​​Palermo, full of services and well connected to the historic center thanks to public transport. Near the property it is worth mentioning the presence of the wonderful Castello della Zisa, of seventeenth-century origins, and of Villa Malfitano with its beautiful park. A few steps from the property, it is also possible to find the Noto and Demma clinics. Once reached the center,

it is possible to reach on foot Piazza Pretoria, Teatro Massimo, the Cathedral, Martorana and San Cataldo Churches, as well as the historic palaces of the Palermitan nobility, known all over the world, such as Palazzo Gangi (the famous Palazzo del Gattopardo), Palazzo Pretorio, Palazzo Alliata di Villafranca and Palazzo Mirto.

- From Palermo airport, it is possible to reach the apartment with Prestia and Comandè bus lines that arrive at the Central Station, from which it is possible to take the train to “Palermo Lolli” station, 7 minutes on foot from the property.

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by train to “Palermo Lolli” station, a 7-minute walk from the structure.


- For those travelling by car, free street parking is available near the property (NOT guaranteed and NOT bookable). Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee at Ing. Meola Parking Area or in Piazza Principe di Camporeale, both about a 4-minute walk from the accomodation.
