The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
The Bologna Zanolini station is a five-minute walk from the apartment.
In the center you can get there with a ten minute walk.
Only 9 minutes by car from Fiera Bologna instead!
The cozy and bright apartment comfortably accommodates four people, with a double bedroom and a sofa bed. In modern and design style it is equipped with all the necessary comforts.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a building from the 60s in good condition, without a lift.
To access it you need to take 5 steps to get from the common door to the apartment door.
The apartment, of 65 square meters of space, overlooks the internal garden remaining quiet and silent.
The environments are divided into
kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, traditional oven, microwave and various utensils.
living room. Sofa bed
bathroom. Shower cubicle, toilet, bidet, washing machine and hairdryer.
bedroom. King size double bed and wardrobe.
other services available to guests. Fan in the kitchen, free wifi, iron and clothesline.
Cot for babies upon request and payment.
ATTENTION: External works are underway to restore the condominium facade, so there may be some noise.
Due to these works, the apartment does NOT have air conditioning.
