Green balcony to relax after a long day or eat a good meal. It is located in a strategic position near the Margherita Gardens, the Sant'Orsola-Malpighi hospital and the Rizzoli hospital. Nearby there are shops, supermarkets bars and restaurants.
The apartment is on the first floor of a modern building, with a lift not suitable for disabled people. To access the elevator you have to go up five steps.
In 40 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates two people with a double bed.
In the apartment there are the following services: fan, free unlimited wifi and iron, a/c, tv.
Shower box with bidet, washing machine and hairdryer, present in the bathroom.
Living area with kitchenette complete with coffee machine, traditional oven and various utensils.
Cot for babies upon request and payment.
Free parking 50 meters away in Largo Lercaro.
Below the house there is the bus stop n. 11 for the center; n. 38/39 for Fiera Bologna; n. 36 for the S. Orsola hospital and for the station.
The airport is 20 minutes away by car, and 50 minutes by public transport (take line 11 to the VIII August stop and then from the Mille stop take the bus for the airport direction).
City tax not included in the rate. According to Italian law, all identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival.

"Palazzo Fava", "Piazza Maggiore", "Torre degli Asinelli and Garisenda", "San Petronio" and the university area should be visited carefully during your stay. The hilly areas of "Villa Ghigi" and "San Luca" are wonderful: you can admire breathtaking views over Bologna and relax in nature.
