Cozy apartment equipped with every comfort that can accommodate up to 2 guests. The house is located in the Lingotto district, just 15 minutes walk from the homonymous train station and the Fiera, and is close to Piazza Bengasi, where the new metro stop will be open soon. The area is well connected to the center, as well as being full of shopping centers and equipped with every service for a comfortable stay. Possibility to find free street parking lots.

KITCHEN CORNER: with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, toaster, manual juicer, and microwave
LIVING AREA: with a quuen sofa bed and TV
BEDROOM: with a queen bed and wardrobe
BATHROOM: with toilet, bidet and shower
Other services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating with boiler, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, balcony, small closet
Possibility to find free street parking lots.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
