La Petite Californie is a charming, single-storey, air-conditioned cottage located in Saint-Illiers-la-Ville. Bright and tastefully furnished, the house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area with queen-size bed (160 x 200), a bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet, a large terrace of 25 m², not overlooked, furnished with garden furniture, barbecue, plancha and petanque court, ideal for your afternoons with family or friends! Sheets and towels included, two parking spaces, wifi, breakfast possible at extra charge.

- Open and equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, 2 coffee machines, crockery and cutlery)
- Dining table for 2 people, flat screen wall-mounted TV
- Sleeping area with queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), single folding bed (90 cm x 190 cm) and a storage box
- Bathroom with Italian shower, basin, towel dryer and washing machine
- Separate WC
- Large 25 m² terrace, facing East, equipped with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and plancha
- Petanque ground
