This is a completely renovated one bedroom apartment, offering a peaceful and comfortable place to stay while discovering Dubrovnik. The apartment offers a central location of Dubrovnik in the Lapad-Gruz area opposite a park that leads onto a walking path by the sea.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building. Set on a quiet side overlooking a garden and backyard, the apartment offers a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed, an open space kitchen with a living room, a dining area and a bathroom with shower.
Amenities include: AC, SAT TV, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, washing and fully equipped kitchen with: oven, fridge, kettle, toaster and a coffee machine, machine.
The apartment is set on the ground floor and offers convenient access without stairs. Set in the Gruz Bay near the port, the property represents a peaceful and central location. Accross of the apartment is a playground and a walking path by the sea that leads all the way to the Lapad peninsula. A grocery store is located within 2 minutes walking distance and the nearest restaurant is 20 m away. The Bay of Lapad with several beaches is located 1.3 km west while Old Town is 2 km east, about a 15-20 minute walk. The bus stop is just 30 m from the property and buses run regularly in both direction.

** In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. **
