Presenting comfortable interior and convenient access, this new one-bedroom apartment is an ideal spot to recharge your batteries and enjoy a relaxing holiday in Dubrovnik. The apartment offers central location in Lapad-Gruz area opposite a pretty park that leads onto a walking path by the sea.
The apartment consists of one double bedroom (can be set up as a twin room on request), one extra bed on a gallery level, bathroom with shower, living room. There is a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. From the living room, glass doors open onto a small closed off balcony. The apartment does not have a private parking place, public parking is available on the street but charges apply. Amenities include A/C, SAT TV, free WIFI, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and safety box.
Apartment Tramontane is located on the second floor of a new house that consists of 6 apartments. Gruž harbor represents a peaceful and central location, opposite the apartment is a playground and a walking path by the sea that leads all the way to the Lapad peninsula. A supermarket is within 2 minutes walking distance and the nearest restaurant is 20 m away. The Bay of Lapad with several beaches is located 1.5 km west while Old Town is 1.5 km east, about a 15 minute walk. The bus stop is just 30 m from the property and buses run regularly in both direction.
Apartment Tramontane sleeps 2 (+1*) guests.
Apartment Tramontane can accommodate up to 2 (+1*) guests, with the possibility to accommodate 1 additional guests on the sofa bed on a gallery level. Use of a sofa bed costs 20 € per person per night.
*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *

Overall very comfortable. We liked the area and enjoyed our stay. Property agents were really nice to deal with.Only small issues the wifi signal was very weak in the bedroom, and dining chairs needed bolts tightening
