Information about the host
The apartment is located in the basement of our family home. To get to your separate entrance, you have to go down three steps. But there is also the possibility to reach the apartment through your patio door. In that case, you don't have to go through any steps. The floor is fully tiled. Unfortunately we have no underfloor heating. It would therefore be advisable to bring warm slippers at least in winter. There is a fireplace in the hallway, which can be heated with our wood free of charge. There are two bedrooms in the apartment. 1x with double bed size 1.60mx 2.00m. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, which is also suitable for adults. From the hallway, you get to the bathroom. Here you will find a shower, toilet, and sink with mirror. Fresh towels and shower towels, toilet paper, hand soap and a hair dryer are always available in the bathroom. In the living room you will find a cozy corner couch. If necessary, this can be pulled out to a sofa bed with two beds. The dining room is integrated in the living room. There are 4 chairs at the dining table. For more people, we will provide more chairs.

You enter the kitchen from the living room and from the hallway. There is plenty of space for cooking here. It is fully equipped. Here you will find a dishwasher, stove and oven, kettle and a fully automatic coffee machine. You can get coffee beans from us free of charge. Dishwashing liquid, dishcloths, wipes and dishwasher tabs are also in the kitchen.

We also offer various drinks. The price list for this is in the kitchen above the sink.

From the kitchen you can access your own covered terrace. This is located on the back of the building. Our garden borders the terrace. This may be shared by you. In summer there is a swing, sandpit and tree house for your children. Furthermore, the various play equipment and toys are provided by our children. You can also grill in summer. The grill is then on the terrace. You also have seating here. The ambience invites you to relax and get together.

Please note that there is NO SMOKING in the house !!! You can smoke on the terrace.

We also charge a one-off cleaning fee of EUR 20. You also pay these to us on site.

There is also the possibility to reach the apartment via the terrace door. In that case you don't have to go through any steps. The floor is completely tiled, without underfloor heating. In winter, slippers are recommended.In the corridor there is a fireplace, which can be heated free of charge with our wood. There are two bedrooms in the apartment. 1x with double bed size 1.60m x 2.00m. In the second bedroom there is a double bunk bed, which is also suitable for young adults. The bedrooms are small. However, this is enough to sleep. From the hallway, you will reach the bathroom with a window. Here you will find a shower, toilet and a washbasin with a mirror. In the open living-dining area you will find a cozy corner sofa, which can be converted into a sofa bed with two beds if necessary. There are 4 chairs at the dining table, and there are more chairs available for guests with more than 4 people.
The spacious, modern and well-equipped kitchen includes a fully automatic coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and many useful utensils. Unfortunately the oven is currently defective.
From the kitchen you can reach the covered south-west sun terrace.

Here you can relax in the evening sun after your excursion. There is also a barbecue.

Towels, shower towels and bed linen are provided. Drinks are available in the kitchen for a small fee. These are beer, beer alcohol-free, cycling, safflower, water, wine and sparkling wine.

Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in the apartment. Pets are welcome here and can stay for free.
