My place is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
The space
Have you ever thought about a family vacation in a luxury suite close to the sea and all attractions. Then this suite is perfect for you.
It is located in Lapad area which is the center of the modern part of Dubrovnik. It's a private flat in a brand new apartment building close to Lapad promenade, Lapad beach, cinema, supermarket and fresh market.
This cozy apartment offers enough room for five people. One bedroom has a queen sized bed for two, where the other bedroom has a bunk bed for two and a single bed. To relax there is a large living room next to the kitchen with lounge seating for eight people and a dining area for eight people as well.
The kitchen offers everything you could need. Microwave, toaster, stove top, oven, fridge and freezer, and dining area with seating for four.
If you want to try out your cooking skills on some local ingredients you can buy them on the fresh market nearby every morning.
Stunning views from the balcony can make your day. Relax and enjoy the views over Lapad bay and it's magnificent sunsets over the Elafiti islands.

It doesn’t include a parking spot, so you’ll need to find one for your car.
Everything is just like in the pictures and it’s clean and new.
There is no floor drain in the bathroom. only a drain in the bathtub, so it can be a bit inconvenient if the floor gets wet.
others are just great! host replied fast and the check in instruction so easy to understand.

Spazi ampi, struttura pulita e ben organizzata, lontana dal centro ma tutto sommato comoda per andare nella parte vecchia di Dubrovnik in autobus (15 minuti di tragitto!).
Noi siamo stati solo 1 notte, ma la spiaggetta proprio sotto casa avrebbe meritato una sosta!

Très bien situé devant la plage, et supermarché juste en bas trés pratique!Très grand et confortable et bien équipé. En revanche on aurait aimé que la tv fonctionne et d'avoir plus d'indication pour le stationnement de la voiture
