Luxury Villa Castello Split with an outdoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, is situated in the most exclusive part of the city, located on the coast (10 m), just 10 minutes away (approx 1 km) from the Split city center - the famous Diocletian's Palace.
Luxury Villa Castello Split is on a property of 1500 m2 and the villa itself is spread over three floors: the ground floor, the first floor and the second floor, and it is suitable for the comfortable accommodation of 10 people.
On the ground floor of Villa Castello Split, there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen, an area for dining, living area, a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed and a modern bathroom with a shower.
This floor can function as a separate apartment of the villa and is connected by an internal staircase with the upper floor.
On the first floor, there is the main kitchen equipped with top quality contents, a vestibule with a fireplace, a spacious living room connected to the dining room.
From the dining room through the front door is the main terrace area, where you will find outdoor sitting furniture for relaxing.
Study room / library is also located on the first floor as well as the sauna. On the second floor of this villa there are 4 bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom, with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, equipped with sinks for him and her, designer bath and modern shower and a terrace.
The second bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower as well as a terrace overlooking the sea.
The other two bedrooms include double beds and share a common bathroom. Luxury Villa Castello Split is fully air-conditioned and has Internet access, and a parking space for its guests. Split boasts of not only being the second largest city in Croatia but also with its historical heritage. The city is surrounded by mountains (Mosor, Kozjak and Perun) as well as by islands (Brač, Hvar, Šolta and Čiovo).
The story of Split is already 17 centuries old, dating to the time the Roman Emperor Diocletian decided to build his Palace right on the peninsula. The Diocletian’s Palace, which was built at the turn of the fourth century, and nowadays forms the town’s core, which is protected by UNESCO. A walk through the ancient city takes you through time, along the great examples of ancient architecture like Peristyle; the main square of Diocletian’s palace, also called the heart of the palace. Today, it is the entrance to the Cathedral of Saint Domnius and a popular gathering place. Among other historic monuments are the middle aged Romanesque Church and Gothic Palace, Renaissance portals of the noblemen’s houses.
Visitors can experience Split like the locals do by playing “picigin” on one of the city’s beaches, Bačvice where the unique game was founded, or by drinking coffee on the famous promenade Riva in the city core enjoying the view of the south facade of the Palace and the city harbor.

We had great time in Split and in this beautiful villa. we could not use all facilities since it was cold but definitely we will be back again during summertime.
