Newly renovated, spacious and comfortable ground floor apartment for 5 guests with private swimming pool, garden and BBQ. It is located in small village called Hlapa, situated 2500 meters away from the sea in relaxing and quiet atmosphere.
One of the main highlights of the apartment it’s apartment’s surrounding in in size of 150 m2. You will be able to spend your time by the pool or on any of two terraces – one perfect to drink your morning coffee and second, shaded terrace with stone grill and big wooden table for dinning.
Apartment has 60 m2 of inner space and it was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2019. Apartment consists of open space living area, where you can find kitchen, dining area and living area, two double bed bedrooms and a bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with several appliances: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, water heater, coffee machine, 2 induction cooking rings and all necessary dishes and utensils. Dining table is suitable for six guests. In living area you can find big screen TV and comfortable sofa with bed function (140 cm X 220 cm) that can be used as bed for one guest. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, all beds are prepared with bed linens. Bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, hairdryer and towels.
In addition to already mentioned appliances apartment offers air-condition, complete Wi-Fi coverage, iron and ironing board. There is a lot of private space to park you car. By the house there is also nice vegetable garden the owner is taking care of and it’s on your disposal to pick vegetables.
Island Krk is the northernmost island in the Mediterranean, located in the Kvarner Bay, and recognized as one of the most organized and most attractive destinations on the Adriatic. Good connections with the interior, good tourist structures, diverse coastline full of small bays overlooking the crystal clear sea and beautiful nature, a variety of opportunities for fun and relaxation, are the reason island Krk is one of the most interesting target for tourism.
