Luxurious and modernly furnished 70m2 apartment on the first floor of the house is divided into a living room, dining room and well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
In the living room there is a sofa bed for two more persons.
From the living room You can reach onto a spacious 40m2 balcony with a stunning sea view, equipped with table, chairs and sun lounger, where You can enjoy the sea view and fresh sea air.
Air conditioning, satellite TV, Internet and parking on the property are also available and without surcharge.
The nearest beach is just 20m from the house!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und neuwertig eingerichtet. Der Balkon bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Einziges Manko ist die offene Steckdose auf dem Balkon und das verbaute Fenster im Bad.
Der Strand ist ohne Seeigel und mit Kies aufgeschüttet, was das reinlaufen angenehm macht. Nur der Müll müsste öfters geleert werden.
Der Ort hat sehr viele Pizzerien, aber wenige Fischrestaurants.
