Best connection to the fair, university hospital, city center, highway, streetcar and train station, new SC football stadium and various faculties.
The restaurant with typical dishes and garden economy is located downstairs in the house.
The Seepark (recreation area) can be reached in about 2-3 minutes on foot.
Streetcar stops only about 2-3 minutes on foot away ( Betzenhausertorplatz or Padua Avenue -line 1-).
To the city only about 10 minutes.
Better overview of the unique starting position can be seen on Google Maps.
Our 10 rooms are large and comfortably furnished and have shower/WC and Cable-Flat-TV, free W-LAN and a free soft drink.
The "New SC Freiburg Soccer Stadium" can be easily reached on foot in about 15-20 minutes.
Differing cancellation conditions The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
Tourist tax information The prices shown always include the current statutory value-added tax rates and the bed tax of the city of Freiburg.
Important payment information and other conditions You can pay with Cash, EC-Card, or with VISA- and MASTER-Card ( against charge ).

Man braucht circa 5 Minuten Richtung Seepark
Straßenbahn in der Nähe. Fährt alle paar Minuten. Braucht nicht lange für zum Stadtzentrum zu kommen. Viele Möglichkeiten günstig zu speisen oder ein Eis zu essen.
Viele schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten. Gute Fahrrad und Fußgänger Wege.Hotel klein, 10 Zimmer, se...
Nahe gelegene Sehenswürdigkeiten und pure Erholung direkt am See.
