Information about the host
Our house Tannenheim is centrally located with good individual and public transport connections in the municipality of Schönau am Königssee, only ten minutes walk from the main train station Berchtesgaden. We rent two vacation apartments in the attic, which was completely rebuilt in 2015, with timelessly beautiful furnishings, loving details and identical equipment. You would like to use the regional bus network free of charge? With the guest card, which you will receive upon arrival for the duration of your stay with us, this is no problem. Countless excursion possibilities make your vacation an individual experience. Our house is the ideal starting point.

The mentioned prices are plus spa tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/young people from 7 to 16 years and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay. (subject to change)
Arrival Description
When programming your navigation system, make sure to exclude toll roads. Otherwise, the on-board computer will probably guide you via Austria, and you will definitely need a vignette for this, otherwise it will be expensive. If you still want to take this route, you can buy a vignette at the gas station at the former border crossing Walserberg. You leave the A8 at the Bad Reichenhall/Piding junction. Your way leads you via Bischofswiesen to Berchtesgaden. Leave the traffic circle at the main station at the exit towards Königssee. You are now on the Königsseer Straße. Follow this road for about 800 meters until Untersteiner Straße branches off to the right. When you have passed the long left curve, you can already see our house, it is the first building on the left side of the street.
Description of the accommodation
Our vacation apartment is named after an architectural monument, our old bridge. A mountain stream flows comfortably under it. You enter the apartment on the top floor and stand in the middle of the living room: the dining area is furnished with table and chairs. The couch area with sofa and armchair invites you to linger. In the kitchenette you will find induction plate, refrigerator, sink, coffee maker and kettle, as well as everything necessary to prepare cold and small hot dishes. In the adjoining separate bedroom there is a comfortable double bed. The large wardrobe shelf provides ample space. If necessary, a child up to 10 years can stay overnight on the extra bed in the bedroom. The bathroom is also directly adjacent to the living room and is equipped with shower/WC and sink. Comfortable chairs with adjustable backrests are available for you on the balcony. A warm welcome!
