Well-kept house in a quiet location. Comfortably furnished rooms with shower and WC. Comfortable lounge with color TV. Balcony, terrace and sunbathing lawn. Directly at the ski hiking trail. Open all year round. WLAN internet available in all rooms and apartments. Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. So you can experience the region to the full and at the same time be surprised by the many free offers. We will be happy to send you further information and the detailed terms of use on request.

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 euros per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 per child/young person aged 6-15 per night. No visitor's tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.

Our well-kept house is located away from traffic and only a few minutes walk from the center of the village. In winter, a picturesquely situated cross-country ski trail leads directly past the house.
