A warm welcome from the Maier family!
Our holiday apartments are sunny, quiet, yet centrally located – the perfect place to fully enjoy the mountains and nature. The apartments, furnished in a cozy Bavarian style, accommodate 2–4 guests. From your balcony or terrace with seating and sun loungers, you can take in the wonderful mountain views.
Within just a few minutes you can reach the tourist information office, the spa gardens with its saline graduation tower, shops, and the bus stop. The Königssee and Jenner cable car are only about a 20-minute walk away, and in winter the cross-country ski trail runs almost right past the house.
In addition to our apartments here, you will also find more of our holiday apartments at the Landhaus Eschenbach.

The mentioned prices are plus spa tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/youth from 7 - 16 years and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change).
Arrival Description
On the freeway A8 Munich - Salzburg, exit Bad Reichenhall(VIGNETTENPFLICHT!), on the B20 to Berchtesgaden train station, turn right towards Königssee, at the end of Berchtesgaden turn right towards Schönau, about 200 meters after the Unterstein inn turn right uphill, you will pass a pizzeria on the right, immediately afterwards turn left into Artenreitweg 10.
Description of the accommodation
The comfortably furnished non-smoking vacation apartment offers space on approx. 70 sqm and is equipped with a separate bedroom, living room with sitting area and couch, flat screen TV with cable TV, clock radio, extra kitchen, and bathroom with shower/WC. Bed linen and towels are provided. From the furnished balcony you have a wonderful mountain view. Pets are not allowed in the accommodation unit.

Das TV Gerät entspricht keinesfalls den heutigen Standards (zu klein). Vor der Couch fehlt ein kleiner Abstelltisch.
