Enjoy the most beautiful days of the year directly at the foot of the Watzmann. From us go the hiking trails zm Watzmann , Königsee and to Ramsau. A large playground and many animals are waiting for our little guests. We are located on a small hill directly at the foot of the Watzmann / in the middle of the national park community Ramsau. The bus stop Wimbachbrücke can be reached in 2 minutes / free bus ride. Free internet access via WLAN in the house! We are happy to offer you: parking at the house, Natur-Vital-Gastgeber, many free and discounted experiences, daily morning mail with weather report and event tips, free brochures for your vacation, hiking books with tour suggestions, discounted parking in all public parking lots, free use of public buses in the tourist region Berchtesgaden/Königssee, for our younger guests waiting a large playground for romping and playing.

Popular activities in the area include cycling and hiking. Saalbach Hinterglemm is 32 km from Ferienwohnungen Haus Hirschpoint and Kitzbühel can be reached after 44 km.

Arrival Description
Freeway A8 Munich- Salzburg to exit Siegsdorf/Traunstein, continue on the B306 direction Berchtesgaden, via Inzell, Weißbach to Unterjettenberg, from there on the B305 via Gasthaus Wachterl and Gasthof Hindenburglinde,past the Ramsau center. Continue on the B305 in the direction of Berchtesgaden until just before the Wimbach bridge. Our house is slightly elevated on the left side.

Well equipped vacation apartment for 2 persons (1st floor, 30 sqm), south-west, balcony with wonderful mountain view and afternoon sun 'urgemütlich and cozy'. Additional features: - large and enclosed balcony with afternoon sun - fully equipped kitchen with rustic corner bench - large bedroom with double bed and sofa - bathroom with shower / WC.
