On the upper floor you will find two bedrooms with two beds each, a living room with dining table, couch, seating area, fireplace, TV and radio.
From here you can access the balcony with a wonderful view of the mountains.
Also on the upper floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom with shower, sink and toilet as well as a separate guest toilet.
In the basement there is the large studio with 2 bunk beds for 4 people.
The studio is also equipped with a dining table, couch, seating area, kitchen, bathroom and garden seating area.
A drying room is also part of the apartment.
A garage and three parking spaces are available in front of the house.
