Willow Grove Holiday Cottage No.4 is part of a cluster of seaside holiday homes collectively known as Grangewood Holiday Cottages, located in the heart of Rosslare Strand in County Wexford.
These traditional-style seaside holiday cottages are only a 15-minute stroll from the Blue Flag sandy beach of Rosslare. This pretty seaside village has a superb choice of restaurants, cafes, pubs and sporting facilities. Rosslare Strand is a popular seaside holiday destination located in Ireland’s Sunny South East and only a short drive from Rosslare Europort.
Willow Grove Holiday Cottage No.4 Description – Sleeps 5Willow Grove Holiday Cottage No.4 is a traditional style holiday cottage which enjoys a bright open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The country-style kitchen is fully equipped providing all you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday home in Ireland. This seaside holiday home has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 5 guests comfortably

IMPORTANT NOTES1. Heating and Electricity:
This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
3. Towels:
Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details at the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).
